Is kyphosis making my back pain worse?

Hi all,

I have had kyphosis for quite a few years now,  and I haven't really had many problems with it. But the past 2 years I have been suffering with terrible back pain, which gets worse when I'm standing still or doing labouring work. The pain goes when I walk and sit down, it's just when I'm standing still I am in agone.

Do you think it is the kyphosis causing this or is it a completely separate issue?
