Who is eligible for this back surgery?

Patients with neck pain caused by multi-level cervical stenosis, spinal cord compression caused by bone spur growth or other compression of the cervical canal are candidates for anterior cervical corpectomy. A spine surgeon may recommend removal of the vertabral body as well as the disc spaces at each end to completely decompress the cervical canal.
